This microgreen contains Vitamins A, C, E and K, while also delivering calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, pantothenic acid, folic acid, niacin and zinc. Radishes are also rich in essential amino acids and chlorophyll, which are a digestive aid.

Peas
